Welcome to Hyphae Games! By using the site you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short.
1. The service
Hyphae Games publishes games that are played in the browser. The games are free and can be played without an account. With an account you can comment and add games to your favorites.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Use a valid email address and don't share your password.
- You can close your account at any time by writing to merhaba@hyphaegames.com.
3. Comment rules
We read comments before they are published. We won't publish, and may close accounts for, comments that include:
- Insults, hate speech, harassment or threats,
- Personal information about yourself or others (phone, address, etc.),
- Ads, spam or links to other sites,
- Illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
4. Games and content
The games, images and texts on the site belong to Hyphae Games. Downloading our games and publishing, copying or redistributing them elsewhere is not allowed. Linking to a game is welcome; we'd be glad!
5. Liability
We provide the site and games “as is”. We do our best to keep them running smoothly but can't guarantee they'll always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove games and features over time.
6. Content complaints
If you see content that you believe infringes your rights, contact us via the contact page and we'll review it promptly.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction.
8. Changes
When we update these terms we change the date at the top of this page and notify account holders of important changes.
